Executive Summary
Our client is an AI-native ABM agency combining technology, GTM expertise, and managed ABM execution. Beyond its technology platform, the company operates a managed ABM services model, with a dedicated team that helps orchestrate and execute end-to-end ABM programmes for its clients. Think of it as ABM-as-a-service: their clients get the platform and a team running personalized, multi-channel campaigns for them.
Their customers included some of the world’s largest enterprises and fast-growing B2B SaaS companies. Running campaigns at this level means one thing: a constant, high-volume need for precise, domain-specific ABM content. Content that could be shown in front of a senior buyer at a major company and hold up.
They didn’t have a dedicated in-house content or design team. That was intentional — they wanted accountability and expertise to sit with specialist partners. And as they grew, they needed those partners fast.
About the Client
The company is an AI-native ABM agency that helps fast growing companies and enterprises identify, engage, and convert high-value accounts. Trusted by the world’s leading companies, it has quickly established itself as a go-to ABM SaaS partner for revenue teams serious about account-focused growth.
The Challenge
They came to SeriesX Marketing with a clear-eyed view of what wasn’t working and what they needed.
Enterprise ABM demands precision
Generic B2B content writing wouldn’t cut it. ABM content targets specific accounts at pivotal stages of the buying journey. Every blog, whitepaper, LinkedIn post and email had to reflect a deep understanding of enterprise product narratives and ABM marketing strategy, or it would fall flat with sophisticated buyers.
No in-house content team
The other constraint was operational. Their team was focused entirely on running ABM programmes. They couldn’t slow down to manage multiple content vendors, consolidate briefs across partners, or correct work that missed the mark. They needed a single content marketing partner who could take a campaign journey — topics, account context, brand guidelines — and deliver everything: copy and design, coordinated and on-brand, without hand-holding.
One partner, end-to-end
They couldn’t afford the inconsistency of multiple vendors. A mismatched tone between a whitepaper and its follow-up email sequence, or a disconnect between LinkedIn ad copy and a landing page weren’t just aesthetic problems. In enterprise account based marketing strategy, they undermine trust with the very accounts you’re trying to win.
They needed one team that understood how all the pieces connected.
Volume and speed
The client also worked to tight project windows: deliverables ran 60–80+ assets per client per quarter. From the moment an ABM journey was finalized, the team typically had around 40 days to have the bulk of assets ready for campaign launch.
What We Did

SeriesX Marketing came on as the their end-to-end content and design partner for its customers’ managed ABM operations; effectively an embedded agency team supporting multiple customer programmes running in parallel.
1. Content for a Leading Quality Engineering Enterprise
The largest volume of work supported one of the client’s flagship managed services customers — a leading enterprise quality engineering and digital assurance company running ABM programmes targeting major accounts across banking, financial services, and SaaS technology.
For each account and solution track, we produced the full content stack:
- Long-form assets: Blogs, white papers, and case studies tailored to specific buyer personas at each target account — written for business leaders, not just IT teams
- Campaign copy: Email sequences — both formal and informal versions for A/B testing — designed to run as personalized outbound from their customer’s sales and delivery teams
- Supporting content: LinkedIn posts and ad copy to promote core assets across accounts
- Design: White paper layouts, case study designs, and blog header graphics — reviewed and approved directly by the client’s stakeholders
Every piece of content was written with the end customer’s target audience, competitive positioning, and brand voice in mind — drawing on detailed knowledge base materials and solution briefs provided by the client’s delivery team. Dedicated writers were assigned to each account to maintain consistency and depth.
2. UI/UX Design for a Global Learning Platform
Another project was a design-heavy engagement for one of the world’s largest online learning platforms.
Our client’s customer already had core campaign assets — reports, eBooks, and event materials — but needed professionally designed landing pages and LinkedIn ad creatives to launch their ABM campaigns targeting enterprise learning buyers.
SeriesX delivered:
- 20 landing pages designed in Figma, built to the client’s global brand system
- 10 LinkedIn ad creatives to drive traffic and promote enterprise content assets
3. Content for a Fast-Growing Cybersecurity SaaS Company
SeriesX also supported content production for a U.S.-based, fast-growing cybersecurity SaaS company in our client’s customer roster — demonstrating the range of the engagement across both large enterprise accounts and high-growth SaaS startups.
The Results
Our client was able to scale its managed ABM offering across multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously, without hiring a single in-house writer or designer.
Their customers received polished, brand-consistent, ABM-native content on schedule.
The team stayed focused on what they do best: running successful ABM campaigns.

How It Worked
Since our client operated on a project-based model, at the start of each programme cycle, they handed over the full campaign brief — account context, solution tracks, buyer journeys, topics, and timelines. From there, SeriesX owned execution entirely.
Their team would review our outputs first before it moved to end-customer review — but the drafts had to arrive in good shape. There was no room for multiple rounds of structural feedback. The first draft had to reflect the right expertise, the right voice, and the right understanding of what each asset needed to accomplish in the context of a live ABM campaign.
For the quality engineering client specifically, their delivery team worked closely with our writers — sharing knowledge base materials, providing detailed client context, and giving targeted feedback on each asset before it moved to the end customer for approval. That three-layer working style (SeriesX → our client → their enterprise customer) became the model for the engagement.
The Takeaway
The client’s managed ABM model only works if the content behind it is genuinely good. Their customers, including large enterprises running complex, high-stakes buying decisions, would see through anything generic immediately.
What SeriesX brought was the ability to work like an in-house content marketing team without being one:
- Fast (3–5 day TAT)
- Accountable
- Full stack – spanning both written content and design
- Experienced enough in B2B and enterprise marketing to earn the trust of both the agency client and their customers.
For SeriesX, this engagement demonstrated something we believe strongly: the agency model can work in both directions. We can be the content team behind a platform/product company’s services offering — and hold that standard across multiple customer programmes, simultaneously.
